I AM AWARDS – TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket to the I Am Awards, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Ticket Sales and Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final.
There are no refunds, exchanges, or transfers once a ticket has been purchased.

Refunds will be issued only in the event that the I Am Awards is canceled in its entirety. No refunds will be provided for postponements, schedule changes, artist or performer changes, or partial event modifications.

2. Event Admission

A valid ticket is required for entry. Tickets must be presented at the door either digitally or in printed form. Lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets may not be honored.

The event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee who violates these Terms and Conditions or disrupts the safety and enjoyment of others.

3. Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all attendees:

• No weapons of any kind are permitted on the premises.

• No illegal drugs or substances are allowed.

• Disorderly conduct, harassment, threats, or violent behavior will not be tolerated.

• Attendees under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be denied entry or removed without refund.

This is a celebratory and professional event, and all guests are expected to behave accordingly.

4. Security and Safety

All attendees are subject to security screening, including bag checks and metal detection where applicable. Refusal to comply with security procedures may result in denied entry without refund.

The event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

5. Media, Photography, and Recording

By attending the event, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded as part of the event audience. These materials may be used for promotional, broadcast, archival, or commercial purposes without compensation.

Media personnel, including photographers, videographers, journalists, and content creators, must obtain prior approval and official credentials before the event. Unauthorized media activity is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All performances, presentations, branding, and content associated with the I Am Awards are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of event content is prohibited.

7. Event Changes

The I Am Awards reserves the right to make changes to the event program, schedule, performers, or production elements as necessary. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Attendance is at your own risk. The event organizers, venue, sponsors, and affiliates are not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred during the event, except where required by law.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the I Am Awards, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
